Collaborate with leadership and faculty to define curriculum goals, objectives, and learning outcomes aligned with institutional mission and accreditation requirements.
Design and develop written and visual curriculum frameworks, course sequences, program structures, and learning pathways.
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and synthesize content ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Develop curriculum and assessments that are accessible, engaging, and inclusive for diverse learners.
Partner with the Training Content Developer and cross-functional teams to integrate curriculum content with instructional strategies and delivery methods.
Maintain and update curriculum documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility of materials.
Evaluate and revise curriculum based on student feedback, assessment data, and field developments.
Stay current on trends and best practices in curriculum design, higher education, and relevant disciplines.
Contribute to development of curriculum policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor; support travel or extended hours as needed to support business initiatives.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in curriculum design and development in higher education.
