Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years leading Design Systems, UI Engineering, or Developer Tooling teams.
Proven ability to move beyond "copilots" toward building autonomous agents that maintain code quality, consistency, and brand standards.
Fluency in both design language (auto-layout, typography) and engineering constraints (latency, API design, tree-shaking).
Expertise in creating "self-healing" codebases with AI agents.
Mastery of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to ground LLMs in specific brand guidelines.
Experience building "Visual AI" agents that convert designs into production-ready components.
Proven track record of building prompt chains for high-quality UI generation at scale.
Expert-level knowledge of React/Vue and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
Experience developing custom VS Code extensions and AI-assisted tools.
Ability to modernize legacy applications into cloud-native architectures.
