- Gather requirements, research alternatives, gain consensus, and deliver.
- Document a new training procedure or resolve a critical system bottleneck to ensure customer processes run smoothly.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience where you’ve mastered the art of system-to-business alignment.
- BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- You’re comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON (Nice to have) and are proficient in MSSQL.
- You can explain a technical "why" to a non-technical "who" with ease and precision.
- You have the project management chops to drive a solution from the initial "problem" stage all the way through testing and implementation.
