Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- At least 5 years serving as a strategic partner to senior executive leadership.
- Proven track record leading workforce planning for complex global teams.
- Extensive experience leading people integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Advanced proficiency in people analytics with tools like Visier, Culture Amp, Tableau, Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
