About the role
- Provide neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming and ABA treatment oversight for patients
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering clinicians to deliver care
- Make clinical determinations about telehealth when clinically effective for the client and BT
- Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics
- Focus on outcomes-based, integrated care and thoughtful clinical decision-making
- Work with administrative team for scheduling, billing, and credentialing to focus on clinical care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review (Driving Requirement)
