About the role
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
- Provide neurodiversity-affirming care and clinical supervision
- Determine and provide telehealth when clinically effective
- Travel to clinic and home-based client sites in listed cities
- Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team (occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, etc.)
- Focus on clinical care while administrative tasks are handled by support team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Clinic/home-based; must be willing to travel to Warren, Baskin Ridge, Mountainside, Stirling, Berkley Heights, Long Hill, Summit, and Chatham
- Ability to lead and supervise behavior technicians (BTs)
- Autonomy over schedule and clinical decision-making
