About the role

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and supervise behavior technicians (BTs) and clinical teams
  • Determine and provide telehealth when clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Supervise and manage cases, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning
  • Maintain achievable billable targets (average 26 billable hours per week)
  • Mentor and develop clinicians; support professional growth through BCBA levels
  • Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team including OT, speech pathology, and pediatrics
  • Work with administrative teams on scheduling, billing, and credentialing
  • Contribute to patient-centered, value-based care focusing on quality and outcomes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Motor vehicle report review required (driving requirement)
  • Employer participates in E-Verify (must be authorized to work in the U.S.)
