About the role
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and supervise behavior technicians (BTs) and clinical teams
- Determine and provide telehealth when clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Supervise and manage cases, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning
- Maintain achievable billable targets (average 26 billable hours per week)
- Mentor and develop clinicians; support professional growth through BCBA levels
- Collaborate within a transdisciplinary team including OT, speech pathology, and pediatrics
- Work with administrative teams on scheduling, billing, and credentialing
- Contribute to patient-centered, value-based care focusing on quality and outcomes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Motor vehicle report review required (driving requirement)
- Employer participates in E-Verify (must be authorized to work in the U.S.)
