Customer Success Manager

• Own the customer journey post-sale, leading onboarding, adoption, success, and renewal efforts across your book of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Drive value realization by helping customers align Cortex to their engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Serve as a technical advisor by developing a deep understanding of the Cortex platform, SDLC best practices, cloud-native environments, and DevOps/Platform Engineering domains.

• Advocate internally for your customers by partnering closely with Cortex Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, influencing product roadmap and strategy based on customer feedback.
• Continuously raise the bar for how Cortex drives technical adoption, customer outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Customer Success motion — bringing ideas, feedback, and process improvements to help us scale a world-class CS organization.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, and efficient backend systems and services that meet enterprise requirements
• Work alongside other engineers to build new features and enhance existing ones
• Optimize and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing backend systems
• Participate in operating our systems in production, including Incident Response on a rotational basis
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices

Lead Software Engineer, Backend

Mechanical Engineer

• Contribute to raising the design bar at Cortex: You’ll work with the design team to push the boundaries of our design and user experience. You are relentless about crafting a delightful experience that we can all be proud of.
• Continuous improvement and animation: You’ll also look for opportunities to ensure no part of the product falls below standard best practices. That means reducing papercuts, iterating on clunky user experiences, polishing microinteractions, and adding appropriate UI animation to guide users to success.
• Design system ownership: You’ll own the design system end-to-end, in both Figma and code. You’ll work closely with other designers who are consuming components in figma, and developers consuming components in code.
• Prototype: You will assist the design team, product management team, and engineering teams in rapid prototyping when a high fidelity prototype is the best tool to illustrate functionality.
• Ship feature additions and fixes: You’ll be asked to design and ship UI-heavy features across the product surface area, ensuring components are performant and well-tested while collaborating with product management, frontend, and backend developers when necessary.
• Attention to detail: One of your core responsibilities is to maintain a strong attention to detail. You’ll be asked to regularly identify areas of inconsistency and incompleteness, and proactively work to make our product feel polished and professional.

Senior Product Design Engineer

Engineer

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages, from kickoff through handover, via structured enablement workshops and tailored customer engagements
• Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and raise product feedback
• Act as a trusted, consultative advisor, helping customers make informed design and implementation decisions
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
• Advise on and implement data modeling strategies within Cortex (entities, relationships, ownership); create and communicate architecture diagrams for Cortex setups and ingestion pipelines
• Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting and orchestration approaches (e.g. GitHub Actions, Argo)
• Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation
• Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for different audiences (engineering, platform, product, leadership)
• Contribute internal content on advanced technical use cases and implementation patterns
