• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the General Manager and local leadership team
• Translate global HR strategies into impactful local execution aligned with business objectives
• Lead, develop, and structure the HR organization across both Tunisian sites (Hammamet & Enfidha)
• Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, and administrative processes
• Manage relationships with employee representatives, unions, and local authorities
• Lead and support negotiations (e.g. collective agreements, restructuring initiatives)
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations topics
• Implement global talent management, leadership development, and succession frameworks
• Drive HR KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making for local and global stakeholders
• Manage the HR budget and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Act as key interface between Tunisia and global HR (HQ), ensuring alignment of local practices with global policies
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives (growth, restructuring, efficiency programs)
• Drive cultural transformation and strengthen employee engagement
• Support operational excellence initiatives in close collaboration with production
