About the role
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for all of the firm’s corporate and administrative positions, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offer letter approval and drafting process.
- Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation for corporate and administrative hires to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.
- Respond to various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
- Contribute to the analysis of recruiting and onboarding metrics to identify patterns and improve processes.
- Contribute to additional Recruiting and Human Resources projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a professional services firm.
- The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions
- Excellent understanding of full recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- HRIS and ATS experience required, Workday experience a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred
