About the role
- Develop the study plan and conduct interviews and analysis with past grantees as outlined in the client’s Evaluation Work Plan
- Assist in developing the Draft Qualitative Codebook and contribute to coding framework design
- Support analysis of grantee data to identify preliminary results and themes for the Draft Findings Memo
- Contribute to the Final Findings Memo and Draft/Final Reports ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Federal client objectives
- Prepare and format the Final Codebook and Dataset, ensuring documentation meets Federal standards
- Collaborate with evaluation SMEs and project leads to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Use Adobe InDesign and other reporting tools to produce high-quality, visually engaging deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in Federal or public sector contexts
- Demonstrated experience working with government datasets, including cleaning, coding, and synthesizing large volumes of data
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, including thematic coding and statistical techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other reporting/publishing tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
- Preferred: Experience working with federal nutrition program datasets
- Preferred: Prior involvement in evaluations or reporting for farm to school or food systems initiatives
- Preferred: Experience contributing to federal or peer-reviewed publications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, public policy, public health, education, or a related field
