About the role

Work with customers to develop functional data requirements and technical data transformation plans
Demonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts and learn new skills/software as necessary
Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels
Create data migration logs to document results of data transformations and migrations
Ensure projects are on time and participate in internal and external meetings
Collaborate with diverse internal and external teams and interact with clients professionally
Perform tasks across the full life cycle of the software development environment and demonstrate progressive leadership

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, MIS, or related degree
2+ years Salesforce data migration experience
2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably with Salesforce
Strong understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server
Proficient in query languages - SOQL and SQL (SOSL knowledge listed)
Salesforce Data migration using Jitterbit, Pentaho, or other similar ETL tools
Analysis of legacy data systems and design source to target data maps and migration plans
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
Ability to perform independently, interact with clients professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams
Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment
Tools/Languages: SharePoint, GitHub, Box, Dropbox, SQL, SOQL, SOSL
Clearance/Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust background check
Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator (desired but not required)
