Salesforce Developer

• Own architecture decisions for OmniStudio/Vlocity configuration including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and DataPacks.
• Prioritize configuration and platform-native PSS capabilities over custom development — exhaust declarative and OmniStudio options before writing custom Apex or LWC.
• Review user stories, estimate story points, and allocate stories to developers before sprint planning.
• Lead the dev squad in technical discussions and solution design sessions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards across teams of onshore and offshore developers.
• Execute and coordinate deployment across SIT, UAT, and production environments; manage SFDX and Vlocity CLI tooling.
• Monitor production stability; log and triage defects identified in production environments.
• Follow up on Salesforce support tickets escalated to Salesforce Professional Services or support.
• Lead data migration efforts including complaint and licensing data migration workstreams.
• Support UAT phases including manual steps, user creation, and issue triage.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Product Owner to refine user stories, validate acceptance criteria, and flag scope or dependency issues early.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components/LWC, and declarative flows to extend Salesforce PSS for licensing and regulatory workflows.
• Design and configure constituent-facing Digital Experience (Community) sites including user registration, portal access, and self-service licensing workflows.
• Design and implement role-based access controls, permission sets, sharing rules, and data visibility patterns appropriate for multi-agency government environments.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations, platform events, and outbound messaging to connect Salesforce PSS with external agency and state systems.
• Build and maintain client trust with agency stakeholders; serve as technical point of contact for agency technical teams.
• Contribute to LPI practice development — help build reusable patterns and tooling for future state government PSS implementations.

Lead Salesforce Developer – Architect

• Solicit, gather, evaluate, and document information from various sources and stakeholders during business discovery and grooming
• Translate high-level information into detailed requirements and clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Map functional business requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality; develop as-is and to-be process maps
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to document business and functional requirements into Epic’s and User Stories, or Business Requirements Documents.
• Work as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle
• Engage with Developers, Solution Architects, and other delivery team members to ensure systems meet business needs
• Participate in and contribute to conversations around process improvement solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platform
• If needed, can facilitate Agile scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Facilitates grooming of user stories and participate in sprint execution, Engage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), create Test Plans and Test Cases, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
• Manage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs, ensuring the quality of the solution output
• Prepare project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and training video, as needed
• Conduct training sessions for end users
• Assess requirements to produce wireframes, visual flows, process diagrams, and/or fit-gap analysis to devise options for solving business challenges
