About the role
- Support complex analytics initiatives within Operations
- Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
- Ensure data integrity through validation, cleansing, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights aligned with business goals
- Lead analytics projects or components of larger initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development support
- Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and driving operational efficiency
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and dashboard development
- Strong commitment to thorough documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Databricks Notebooks (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with project management methodology and tools (preferred)
- Technology: SQL (including SSMS and Oracle), Databricks, Tableau, Power BI
- If working at home, internet through cable broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
