About the role
- Facilitate and assist sales with order entry and related requests
- Manage customer calls and emails quickly and effectively
- Track shipments and manage returns
- Proactively resolve customer issues with internal partners
- Maintain customer notes and automated notifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma; additional college preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support areas, ideally in a global and/or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve while maintaining customer service focus
- Microsoft Office, strong typing skills and ten-key SAP experience preferred
