About the role
- Manage all aspects in supply planning and inventory control
- Ensure finished goods are delivered to our customers with the highest quality and service
- Provide daily coaching and direction to the teams in those departments
- Guide efforts to optimize raw material and finished goods inventories
- Support efforts to reduce scrapping of expiring materials and products
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve coordination between supply chain functions and Commercial teams
- Oversee efforts to improve our software systems and tools
- Manage third party and internal distribution centers
- Continuously strive to improve quality of delivery and service to delight customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related field
- An MBA and/or profession certification (PMP, CPM, APICS) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in an operations/supply chain role
- At least 5 years in a senior role managing multiple supply chain disciplines
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
