- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments
- Address escalations from other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role
- Understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes
- Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
