About the role

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns directly with business goals
  • Advise on organizational development, leadership, talent strategy, and workforce planning
  • Strengthen the organizational culture and help break down silos
  • Stimulate collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and enhance leadership maturity through coaching and leadership programs
  • Build a future-proof talent strategy focused on succession planning, talent management, and leadership development

  • Coordinate HR activities across different countries and ensure consistent HR processes while respecting local legislation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (HR, psychology, economics, law, or similar)
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role or management team
  • Experience with organizational and cultural transformations
  • Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working in an international matrix organization
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience with post-acquisition integrations is a strong plus
