About the role
- Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns directly with business goals
- Advise on organizational development, leadership, talent strategy, and workforce planning
- Strengthen the organizational culture and help break down silos
- Stimulate collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and enhance leadership maturity through coaching and leadership programs
- Build a future-proof talent strategy focused on succession planning, talent management, and leadership development
- Create a strong employee experience for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Coordinate HR activities across different countries and ensure consistent HR processes while respecting local legislation
Requirements
- Master’s degree (HR, psychology, economics, law, or similar)
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role or management team
- Experience with organizational and cultural transformations
- Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in an international matrix organization
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with post-acquisition integrations is a strong plus
