About the role

  • Provide materials leadership to the Americas HVACR Integrated Supply Chain network
  • Lead a team of professionals to deploy effective, standardized material and production management systems across multiple sites
  • Ensure operational excellence, drive efficiency, and maintain high service levels for customers while aligning with corporate objectives
  • Develop and implement systems to assure world class on-time delivery at optimal inventory levels
  • Implement best practices / fulfillment models and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational productivity
  • Work with center-led supply chain team to maintain master data parameters in IT systems such as ERP, supplier portals, and warehouse management
  • Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Support the VP in long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • minimum of ten (10) years of progressive related experience, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
