About the role

  • Achievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio
  • Deliverance of non sales objectives
  • Presenting products and services to both Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders
  • The ability to work within the NHS and Private Sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS and its revenue streams along with its 3rd party supply chains
  • Education of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements
  • Effective territory planning at customer and account level, along with segmentation of the business
  • A clear understanding of the size of opportunity via business planning tools and market analysis
  • Promotional activity at local, regional and national exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities
  • Knowledge of the Theatre suite and its applicable regulations
  • Follow all CSI guidelines and Company Policies ensuring a professional manner and appearance at all times

Requirements

  • HND or Degree preferably in a business-related discipline
  • Experience within a theatre environment
  • Knowledge of Gynaecology and Women’s Health would be desirable
  • Strong core sales Skills - Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills.
