About the role
- Achievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio
- Deliverance of non sales objectives
- Presenting products and services to both Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders
- The ability to work within the NHS and Private Sector
- Knowledge and understanding of the NHS and its revenue streams along with its 3rd party supply chains
- Education of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements
- Effective territory planning at customer and account level, along with segmentation of the business
- A clear understanding of the size of opportunity via business planning tools and market analysis
- Promotional activity at local, regional and national exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities
- Knowledge of the Theatre suite and its applicable regulations
- Follow all CSI guidelines and Company Policies ensuring a professional manner and appearance at all times
Requirements
- HND or Degree preferably in a business-related discipline
- Experience within a theatre environment
- Knowledge of Gynaecology and Women’s Health would be desirable
- Strong core sales Skills - Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills.
