• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MTM launches across all CookUnity markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed launch timelines, trackers, and readiness checklists to ensure all milestones are met.
• Partner with Culinary Ops and Market Directors to validate production readiness, Chef participation, and logistics before launch.
• Translate client requirements (frequency, medical conditions, diets, geography) into internal workflows.
• Support pilot phases by tracking KPIs (enrollment, adherence, satisfaction) and iterating on launch playbooks.
• Act as the central operational point of contact for payer and hospital or clinic partners post-contract signature for program implementation.
