About the role
- Operate power industrial trucks for moving and stacking merchandise
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage
- Prepare shipments and ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories
- Comply with safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on operating equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Basic computer skills
- RF Scanners proficiency
- English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency
