About the role
- Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation plans, and employee relations
- Evaluates client needs and maintains client relationships
- Supports hiring needs, communicates policies, and resolves Associate Relations issues
- Creates employee engagement activities and supports the Open Enrollment period
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience working in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must have experience with HRIS systems
- Local language required
