About the role

  • Operate power industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, and stack merchandise
  • Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift
  • Responsible for accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of products
  • Input data accurately into the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure quality control of shipments
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment
  • Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE)
  • Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures
  • Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS functions
