About the role

  • Provides solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans
  • Evaluates client needs and establishes, maintains, build and manage client relationships
  • Maintains employee personnel files and HRIS system records
  • Supports hiring needs including posting jobs, screening and hiring candidates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
