About the role
- Supervise daily operations including labor management, scheduling, and customer communication
- Conduct staff meetings and maintain communication with senior management and clients
- Develop systems for managing operations in accordance with company policies
- Implement cost savings measures and achieve productivity goals
- Train staff and evaluate performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Experience operating MHE; satisfactory completion of forklift training program required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of RF scanners and WMS functions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
