About the role
- Manage business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts
- Define and improve integration services (EDI and API)
- Act as Business Implementation Manager for Global Accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and engage with clients for onboarding
- Sign off Business Requirement Document to initiate integrations
- Align planning with Operations, Customer, and Customer Integration Office
- Ensure User Acceptance Tests scenarios are created and executed
- Provide troubleshooting and advising during Hypercare period
- Collaborate with Group Integration office to maintain work process
Requirements
- Manage EDI implementation for Global Accounts
- Define and improve integration services (EDI and API)
- Act as Business Implementation Manager for Global Accounts
- Engage with clients and onboard them into DSV
- Align planning with Operations, Customer, and Customer Integration Office
- Ensure User Acceptance Tests scenarios are created and executed
- Close cooperation with Group Integration office (CINTO)
- Analyze current EDI+ and special setups
