About the role

  • Provide HR leadership and guidance in partnership with business leaders
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits
  • Execute recruiting strategies for professional and administrative positions
  • Handle additional HR duties such as retention strategies, legal compliance, payroll, and training
  • Facilitate training and development for management and the workforce
  • Provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees
  • Promote diversity initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • General working knowledge of human resources
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of local employment and labor laws/regulations
