About the role

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls
  • Managing and follow up on sales leads to generating new business opportunities
  • Independently manage small business accounts, including onboarding, pipeline development, and initial sales activities
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored offers and solutions within Courier parcel and express product
  • Supporting the Development Manager in lead generation, customer follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing clients while building a personal customer portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and developments to identify opportunities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the CRM database
  • Collaborate with colleagues across divisions to ensure seamless account management

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (preferably within logistics, parcel carriers, or freight forwarding companies)
  • Proven experience in managing customer accounts and generating new business opportunities
  • Solid product and market knowledge in the courier, express, and parcel (CEP) sector are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
