About the role
- General responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all operational activities
- Mentor and train new and existing associates
- Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and shipping tasks
- Verify required paperwork with drivers and ensure efficient loading of orders
- Conduct quality control to meet quality standards and report damages
- Execute all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- Able to operate MHE
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Basic computer skills
- English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency
