About the role
- Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs documentation
- Track shipments and manage inventory levels
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
