About the role

  • Play a central role in fully operationalising Lundbeck’s new partner-based commercial set-up
  • Act as the primary Supply Chain interface towards the new partners
  • Ensure stable operations, contractual compliance, and strong cross-functional alignment
  • Serve as the main Supply Chain point of contact for partners
  • Coordinate internally across Distribution, Planning, QA, Regulatory, Artwork, and Master Data
  • Monitor compliance and manage deviations and escalations
  • Drive performance reviews and identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure strong demand and supply coordination

Requirements

  • Solid experience from a similar role within Supply Chain, Distribution or a commercial interface
  • The ability to secure fully stable and frictionless operations with Lundbeck’s new commercial partners
  • The ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Experience with Key Account Management or partner management
  • Strong business understanding linking operational performance to commercial objectives
  • Experience with KPI definition, performance follow-up and governance structures
  • Solid financial understanding with cost analysis and optimization
  • Proactive, structured and comfortable challenging partners and stakeholders
