About the role
- Play a central role in fully operationalising Lundbeck’s new partner-based commercial set-up
- Act as the primary Supply Chain interface towards the new partners
- Ensure stable operations, contractual compliance, and strong cross-functional alignment
- Serve as the main Supply Chain point of contact for partners
- Coordinate internally across Distribution, Planning, QA, Regulatory, Artwork, and Master Data
- Monitor compliance and manage deviations and escalations
- Drive performance reviews and identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Ensure strong demand and supply coordination
Requirements
- Solid experience from a similar role within Supply Chain, Distribution or a commercial interface
- The ability to secure fully stable and frictionless operations with Lundbeck’s new commercial partners
- The ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Experience with Key Account Management or partner management
- Strong business understanding linking operational performance to commercial objectives
- Experience with KPI definition, performance follow-up and governance structures
- Solid financial understanding with cost analysis and optimization
- Proactive, structured and comfortable challenging partners and stakeholders
