About the role
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations
- Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
- Ensure excellent customer service by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability
- Regularly visit key clients to identify opportunities for business development
- Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses
- Develop strategies to keep the branch competitive in the freight forwarding market
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in the freight forwarding industry, or 10 years of equivalent work experience is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
