💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Achieve or exceed market share and sales volume goals.
- Analyze sales reports and develop business plan to increase market share.
- Execute strategies to drive sales in key accounts.
- Appropriately and effectively utilize available resources to drive sales with key customers.
- Work with sales management to effectively address managed care and reimbursement opportunities.
- Develop expert knowledge of disease state and products.
- Develop strategic account management strategies and tactics to drive product utilization with key accounts.
- Work closely with strategic alliance partners to drive product sales in overlap accounts.
- Achieve or exceed territory execution metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
- 1+ year(s) of sales, marketing, and/or relevant commercial experience
- High energy level and strong work ethic
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills; demonstrated decision-making ability
- Requires a high level of initiative and independence
- Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
- High energy level and strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company requirements
- Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck
