About the role
- Define the commercial direction and strategic development of Lundbeck’s pipeline
- Represent the commercial function in Global Project Teams
- Translate scientific opportunities into business strategies
- Lead commercial strategies for priority assets
- Collaborate closely with global R&D, Business Development, and affiliate teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical roles
- Other relevant pharma or consulting experience is highly desirable
- Experience leading strategic initiatives or cross-functional projects
- International experience and exposure to early development and pre-launch activities
- Strong understanding of CNS therapeutic areas and early pipeline value creation
- Experience presenting to senior management and external stakeholders
