About the role

  • Define and deliver Lundbeck’s global People Development strategy across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure a cohesive, high-quality portfolio of learning and development offerings
  • Oversee design, governance, and continuous improvement of development frameworks
  • Lead the global People Development portfolio and manage the global budget
  • Act as an advocate for learning and capability building across Lundbeck

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise-wide people development strategies
  • Strong expertise in leadership and manager development, talent acceleration, and modern learning design
  • Experience working with learning technologies, external partners, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or higher preferred in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluency in English
