About the role
- Define and deliver Lundbeck’s global People Development strategy across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure a cohesive, high-quality portfolio of learning and development offerings
- Oversee design, governance, and continuous improvement of development frameworks
- Lead the global People Development portfolio and manage the global budget
- Act as an advocate for learning and capability building across Lundbeck
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development roles
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise-wide people development strategies
- Strong expertise in leadership and manager development, talent acceleration, and modern learning design
- Experience working with learning technologies, external partners, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or higher preferred in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Fluency in English
