Graphics Designer

• As a Working Student in Graphic Design, you are an integral part of our marketing team and help elevate our visual presence for both our company and our clients.
• You support the creative, trend-aware and platform-appropriate production of digital content — from social media and campaigns to motion/video formats.
• You assist with image sourcing and handle editing, retouching, color grading and cropping to web-optimized standards to present our visual assets perfectly.
• You work with generative AI tools as a regular part of your design process to create unique visual content.
• You develop prompts, test new tools and help advance AI workflows in design.
• You actively contribute to exciting projects and support the team in day-to-day operations — no two days are the same.
• You turn briefs into finished creatives, identify trending social media formats and translate them into initial visual concepts that excite our target audiences.
• You gain first insights into motion content by creating Reels, editing videos and adding subtitles to give the content that extra touch.

• In enger Teamzusammenarbeit unterstützt Du dabei, hochwertige Inhalte für unsere digitalen Kanäle umzusetzen: strukturiert, eigenständig und mit Blick für Qualität und Zielgruppe.
• Dafür erstellst und pflegst Du Inhalte auf Niederländisch und Deutsch für unsere digitalen Kanäle mit den Schwerpunkten Magazin, Webseite und Newsletter.
• Du unterstützt bei der Redaktions- und Themenplanung und hast aktuelle Content-Updates, Trends und Optimierungspotenziale im Blick.
• Du recherchierst relevante Themen und bringst eigene Ideen ein (z. B. für Magazinartikel, neue Formate oder Kampagneninhalte), unterstützt bei der Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle und bereitest den Content plattformgerecht auf.
• Die Inhalte pflegst Du in unser Content-Management-System ein und sorgst für eine saubere und strukturierte Veröffentlichung.

Full-stack Engineer

• You take end-to-end responsibility for software solutions, from concept and architecture through development and testing to deployment and commissioning.
• You design and develop modern software architectures with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• You develop robust backends based on Laravel (PHP) and ensure a clean, efficient codebase.
• You build modern, reactive frontends with Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS that combine UX and technical excellence.
• You set up CI/CD pipelines (e.g., with GitHub Actions), containerize applications with Docker, and are responsible for efficient database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• You ensure that code quality, architectural principles, and best practices are implemented in the project.
• Topics such as data processing, automation, and AI integration (e.g., Python-based services) are areas you find exciting and where you want to deepen your expertise or contribute existing knowledge.
• You work in cross-functional teams on MVPs and iterative product development.
