Graphics Designer

• Support the IT Director by planning and leading implementation of UI graphic design for Convey365 products and services
• Design high-quality, reusable UI components (buttons, icons, forms, layouts) for Portal and CMS Web Apps
• Develop standardised colour schemes, typography, and design templates following Accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Collaborate with developers and senior stakeholders to translate user requirements into user-centric designs
• Ensure designs adhere to Convey365 brand guidelines
• Build and iterate on prototypes (mockups, example screens, responsive interfaces) to demonstrate concepts and gather feedback
• Incorporate feedback from reviews and user testing to refine designs
• Work on improvements to existing videos and produce new videos to support systems (video editing desirable)
• Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimum supervision

Client Services Representative

• Act as the first point of contact for all complaints and feedback.
• Monitor complaints email inbox, internal portals, and online feedback platforms.
• Accurately log all feedback into systems and cross-reference with central records.
• Allocate complaints to appropriate colleagues using portals and internal spreadsheets.
• Ensure each case is assigned to the right person for efficient resolution.
• Work closely with the Client Service Manager to compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support informed business decisions by ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key client service metrics.
