Account Executive

• Own the end-to-end sales process with a focus on net-new business acquisition in the automotive vertical.
• Prospect into mid-market dealer groups and other automotive organizations to build pipeline and close deals.
• Drive pipeline growth through a combination of outbound efforts, collaboration with SDRs, and marketing-supported campaigns.
• Manage deals averaging $50K+ in ARR with sales cycles typically 1–2 months.
• Meet or exceed quota expectations (currently $275K quarterly target).
• Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene.
• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive decision-makers and business/technical users.

Account Executive, Automotive Vertical

Technical Account Manager

• Lead the technical implementation side of onboarding for new customers, guiding customers through the process to integrate Conversica and CRMs/MAPs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua) as well as automotive CRMs and Dealer Management Systems (Vinsolutions, DealerSocket, and CDK).
• Consult with the customer to define their Conversica lead journey, and configure their dashboard accordingly to ensure successful launch of the platform.
• Work alongside the CSM, serving as the technical and product expert.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders—from technical teams to executives.
• Anticipate and proactively address technical or adoption risks, escalating to internal teams when needed.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide post launch support to existing customers to optimize their CRM / MAP integration with Conversica.
• Effectively manage onboarding projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain on track.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Document processes, updates, and best practices to strengthen operational consistency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Conversica’s integrations and data flow between CRM/MAP systems and the Conversica platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues escalated from tech support and serve as the liaison with Engineering for escalations when necessary.
• Stay informed on product updates to serve as the customer facing product expert who is able to proactively recommend best practices.

Support Engineer

• Deliver timely and professional support to customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to Conversica’s software, following standardized processes.
• Use internal systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) to manage, prioritize, and track support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues or trends and share observations with the team.
• Apply product customizations and optimizations submitted by the Customer Success team.
• Support the knowledge base by documenting common solutions or FAQs.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a high-quality customer support experience.

Technical Support Specialist

Business Development Rep

• Prospect target accounts using calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to create qualified meetings
• Convert event and partner leads quickly within an agreed follow-up SLA
• Build short account research notes and tailor messaging to pain points and personas
• Deliver concise pre-call briefs and clean handoffs to AEs
• Consistently update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely notes
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and keep next steps current

Accounts Payable

• Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP and support 401(k) funding.
• Review and process vendor invoices, set up and maintain vendor records, and schedule payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Handle employee expense reports and support compliance reviews.
• Assist with billing, reconciliations, and commission processing.
• Provide support during audits (401k, financial, compliance).
• Help streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency as the company scales.

Payroll and AP Specialist

• Troubleshoot and diagnose non-standard and complex technical issues using internal tools, SQL queries, and external resources.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal contacts via email, phone, and live chat to deliver a next-level support experience.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1, handling escalated tickets with professionalism and empathy.
• Triage and escalate bug and problem tickets to Product and Engineering, including reproducing issues, documenting root causes, and recommending potential fixes.
• Proactively communicate escalations, outages, and their business impact to leadership and affected stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on high-priority tickets and systemic product improvements.
• Cultivate a deep knowledge of Conversica’s software and mentor Tier 1 support staff, sharing knowledge and coaching on advanced troubleshooting.
• Analyze ticket trends, conduct root cause analysis, and propose long-term solutions to prevent repeat issues.
• Document ticket notes and customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Write and contribute content to the knowledge base, including advanced troubleshooting guides and escalation playbooks.
• Assist customers with navigation and troubleshooting as needed, but primarily focus on resolving complex and escalated issues.
• Apply account optimizations and customizations submitted internally by the Customer Success team.

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

• We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive net-new business growth in our Automotive vertical, targeting mid-market dealer groups with 5–25 rooftops. If you have deep experience selling into the automotive industry, strong existing relationships, and a passion for helping dealerships succeed through innovative AI-driven solutions, we want to meet you.
• This is a quota-carrying role focused primarily on new business acquisition (80%), with additional opportunities to expand existing relationships (20%). You’ll partner closely with our Manager, Automotive Vertical and a small, dedicated team of Customer Success Managers to deliver value and drive adoption.
