About the role
- Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.), ensuring integrations are accurate and optimized.
- Develop and maintain campaign, lead, and account scoring models to prioritize sales-ready opportunities.
- Ensure data hygiene and governance for leads, contacts, and accounts across CRM.
- Operationalize campaign workflows, from ABM plays to webinar follow-up, ensuring repeatability and scalability.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Partner with Sales Ops to deliver end-to-end funnel visibility (leads → opportunities → closed-won).
- Monitor KPIs such as MQL → SQL conversion, pipeline coverage, CAC payback, and campaign ROI.
- Deliver insights that guide investment decisions in channels, campaigns, and events.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales on campaign planning and execution.
- Support ABM programs with account targeting, list segmentation, and engagement reporting.
- Train the marketing team on systems, dashboards, and best practices.
- Provide feedback loops to continuously improve campaign execution and sales/marketing alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related field (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience with campaign attribution models and pipeline reporting.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tool experience a plus (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Nice to Have: experience with ABM platforms (Terminus), sales engagement tools, or project controls/enterprise software.
