Shape performance strategy together with Team Lead Performance Marketing and ensure execution runs at the highest standard
Dive deep into GA4, Looker or SEMrush, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable steps
Leverage AI tools for creative testing, audience modeling, bidding automation, and workflow automation
Explore new ideas, test bold approaches, refine existing setups and implement process automation for long-term efficiency and scalability
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with direct responsibility for multi-country and multi-channel budgets
Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency with SEO/SEA tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
Solid experience with Looker, Google Tag Manager and Power BI
Hands-on use of AI tools (creative testing, audience modeling, bidding automation, workflow copilots such as n8n)
Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making
Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
Industry background in subscription models, e-commerce, or cloud/hosting is a plus
Leadership skills: ability to mentor, align and support colleagues
