• Preparing VAT advance returns—both domestic and international—as well as filing OSS and ZM reports
• Preparing and overseeing annual VAT returns
• Providing advice on VAT matters within the corporate group
• Optimizing and digitizing processes related to VAT law in collaboration with other departments within our company and external consultants
• Implementing e-invoicing both domestically and internationally
• Monitoring changes to VAT laws both domestically and internationally, as well as their implications for us
• Executing and implementing VAT-related projects both domestically and internationally
• Maintaining and improving the Tax CMS

• preparing and filing income tax returns for our corporate group, both domestically and internationally, in collaboration with our external advisors
• providing income tax advice to affiliated companies
• providing advisory support during national and international tax audits
• providing advice on transfer pricing and preparing local and master files
• maintaining and improving the tax CMS
• providing advisory support for M&A projects
• monitoring national and international legislative initiatives that could impact our group, as well as the latest national Federal Fiscal Court (BFH) and European Court of Justice (ECJ) case law
