About the role

  • Help Desk: Handle the support request queue (Service Desk), resolving incidents on laptops (Windows and macOS), smartphones, and peripherals.
  • Onboarding and Hardening: Perform setup for new hires, installing and configuring operating systems according to security playbooks and hardening rules.
  • Network Infrastructure: Assist with maintenance and monitoring of the office network (wireless and wired) using Ubiquiti technology, and manage VPNs and internet links.
  • Incident Management: Identify, log, and resolve technical issues applying ITIL practices.
  • Asset Management: Support the management of IT equipment inventory, including laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in IT support (minimum 1 year), preferably in corporate environments, fintechs, or startups.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows and macOS) and familiarity with network management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Behavioral Profile: Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, customer-service oriented, with the ability to interact with different organizational levels.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Google Workspace (GCPW), CrowdStrike Falcon, and ManageEngine.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, ISO 27001, Linux LPI, or similar.
  • Security: Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and monitoring tools.
  • Projects: Participation in implementation or migration projects.
