• The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for leading and optimizing all paid marketing channels to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals.
• This role will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
• They will oversee agency and platform relationships while leveraging automation, machine learning models, and advanced analytics to continuously improve efficiency and performance at scale.
• Own and optimize paid media channels (Paid Social, Demand Gen, Performance Max, etc.) by leveraging AI-powered bidding, audience modeling, and creative generation to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives, using predictive analytics and machine learning to balance volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
