About the role
- - Lead the design and development of next-generation electronic hardware.

Requirements
- - **Security Clearance:** Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance (required)
- - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- - 5–10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience (5–15 considered)
- - Strong proficiency in electronic circuit design, system architecture, and PCB design
- - Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (DDR3/4, PCIe, Gigabit serial links)
- - Knowledge of power integrity and conditioning circuitry for digital PCBs
- - Familiarity with FPGA firmware (VHDL/Verilog) and microcontroller programming (C/C++) at a support level
- - Proficiency with tools such as Siemens Designer/Layout, HyperLynx, ANSYS, SPICE, MATLAB
- - Experience with miniature electronic packaging, bare die, and chip-scale packages
- - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- - Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage evolving requirements
