About the role
- Provide timely, high-quality support for banking-related customer inquiries, including onboarding, payments, disputes, and general account servicing
- Own and execute day-to-day banking operational processes
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues by collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance teams
- Apply a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to process and product enhancements
- Ensure all customer interactions and operational activities meet internal quality, regulatory, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience in frontline customer support in a highly technical environment, along with prior experience with a banking proposition
- A clear, confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable navigating complex systems and workflows
- Curious and proactive
- Excited to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
