About the role

  • Act as the first line of operational quality control for incoming loan applications.
  • Review applications against SOP checklists to identify missing information.
  • Validate customer information and documents to ensure it is "decision-ready".
  • Liaise with brokers and customers to gather outstanding requirements.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure funds are booked and settlement occurs on time.
  • Coordinate post-settlement operations, including Loan Variations and Discharge requests.
  • Provide real-time support to borrowers and brokers via live chat and email.
  • Identify friction points in SOPs or software platform and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Banking Operations, Loan Processing, in a high-volume Admin/Support environment.
  • Experience with customer support (Live Chat/Email) is highly valued.
  • Exposure to PEXA, Loan Origination Systems, or legal settlement processes is a plus.
  • A Process Thinker: You thrive on logic and order.
  • Operationally Agile: You are comfortable working in a role that requires "context switching".
  • Tech-Native: Comfortable working entirely within a software platform.
  • A Clear Communicator: Can explain requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Team Oriented: Open to working in a rotation system.
