About the role
- Support day to day company operations by processing requests through helpdesk (general operations, procurement, and technical support)
- Onboarding: Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation, laptop assignment and configuration, and profile set ups
- Offboarding: Hardware retrieval, reconfigurations and inventory management, and profile deactivations
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
- Conducting annual training in network security and best practices for computer usage
- Administration tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work related experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE)
- Experience with NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Box, Slack, LogMeIn Resolve and Microsoft O365 Administration
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal
- Personable, professional demeanor
