About the role

  • Support day to day company operations by processing requests through helpdesk (general operations, procurement, and technical support)
  • Onboarding: Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation, laptop assignment and configuration, and profile set ups
  • Offboarding: Hardware retrieval, reconfigurations and inventory management, and profile deactivations
  • Installing new software and hardware components
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
  • Conducting annual training in network security and best practices for computer usage
  • Administration tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years work related experience
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE)
  • Experience with NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Box, Slack, LogMeIn Resolve and Microsoft O365 Administration
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication ability, both written and verbal
  • Personable, professional demeanor
