About the role
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
- Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
- Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
- Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
Requirements
- One of the following: Bachelor's degree + 2 years medical device sales experience, capital sales experience preferred
- 6+ years of medical device sales experience or industry experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
- Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency
