About the role

  • Play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients
  • Act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems
  • Analyze their current business processes
  • Understand the clients’ success criteria
  • Translate that into requirements
  • Assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals
  • Support our Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM)

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in investment compliance, either:
  • Within a compliance function at an asset manager, or
  • In a consulting or implementation role at a software vendor or consultancy.
  • Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to lead conversations with authority and credibility.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or implementing compliance platforms.
  • Substantial shareholding legislation and disclosure rules
  • Sensitive industries legislation and regulatory obligations
  • Position limits legislation
  • SEC regulatory filings, including 13G and 13F-2
  • Strong data and gap analysis capabilities, including detailed knowledge of asset type treatment
  • Ability to advise, challenge, and guide clients with confidence
  • A genuine desire to remain hands-on across client engagement and system setup
  • Strong problem-solving approach with exceptional analytical understanding
